Angel's Exploration should include weapons as ingredients for vehicle recipes

Angel's Exploration adds weapons to the recipes of turrets. It should do the same with vehicle recipes: Car carries machine guns, tanks have cannons, etc.

This would make sense and is related to some of the concerns brought up in #585 regarding the vehicle recipes. Having to build a submachine gun for inclusion in the car just sorta makes sense.
