Recipes for paper are available, but paper has no use.

Paper can be crafted in special vanilla, but it has no use – as reported here: https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=185&t=87650

Cellulose pulp does have a use for gardens, so deactivating all of paper making is not a good option. Removing the recipes for paper from "paper making" does not feel right either. Maybe there is another way?

Well... we could migrate its use in electronics back from industries to bioprocessing... at least in tier 1?

Issue as stated has been fixed. Paper is disabled in Special Vanilla. However, an issue does still exist with paper being unused in the following configuration:

  • Industry Overhaul Enabled
  • Components Overhaul Disabled
  • Bob's Electronics Mod Disabled

I think Angel's Industries mod should add paper to electronics recipes if Industries Overhaul is enabled.

Solder and Silicon wafer are also unused in this configuration and should also be integrated in electronics.
