Partially implemented: Missing how to verify weapons before proper removal can occur.

Maybe something like [armor state](https://github.com/Arch-Shaman/ZK-Futurewars-Mod/blob/Stable/LuaRules/Gadgets/cmd_armorstate.lua) is my best guess.

I'd hazard it's a model issue but this is a bit above my technical proficiency level (intermediate). Does it happen with ZK:Stable?
