Fail to build in Atom

I tried Jekyll-Atom on both OS X and Windows 7 and got the similar erro. The following is the error message on OS X.

Jekyll site build failed! jekyll 3.8.0 | Error: invalid byte sequence in US-ASCII

Please advise!
