This has been reported before but I'm more wondering if there's a fork that has it fixed as this version is unusable?

Having the exact same issue. Windows 11 22621. Reserve space doesn't seem to work at all at the moment.

Try this standalone version Tested on my Win 10 22H2 and there is no flickering effect noticed.
