Sidebar app getting on top of apps after a period of time on fullscreen mode

5. Steps to Reproduce

Just watching videos on browser full screen... after exiting there are times that the sidebar is ontop of the browser and had to sometimes reload the sidebar app or sometimes going fullscreen then exiting fullscreen and clicking anywhere the browser after going out of fullscreen does the trick
