Sidebar Diagnostics randomly stops and restarts with 2 monitors.

1. Is this a feature request? It's a bug report.

2. Your Operating System Windows 10, version 2004/20H1 (haven't received 20H2 via Windows Update yet).

3. App Version Latest standalone (since executable won't install), 3.5.7

4. Any Relevant Settings Not particularly.

5. Steps to Reproduce Hard to tell, but SD has worked for years for me with a single monitor. Since I got a second one, the app started doing weird things like continuously shrinking my windows, so I installed the latest version and that got fixed.

However, the sidebar randomly restarts for no particular reason (most often happens when opening a new program), sometimes several times per minute, sometimes not for hours. Here's an unlisted video showing what happens: https://youtu.be/tVBTXuEYWdI. Not sure if reproducible without a second monitor, but I have:

• 27" 1440p primary monitor, 125% scaling.,
• 24" 1080p secondary monitor, 100% scaling.

Same issue here. Sidebar diagnostics 3.5.7 installed fine on 20H1. Works fine with single monitor. App only causes explorer.exe to load processor when an additional monitor is added. This is only resolved when explorer.exe is restarted, then everything seem to work fine. Has been using Sidebar diagnostics for a while and it had it's first crash today. Put the PC to sleep and resumed, repeated the sequence several times over the cause of the day and it crashed.

Not sure if you were asking to me or b-lawgh, but I'm not sure how to get a screenshot of the error since it just randomly restarts on its own as seen in the youtube link I included. If there's any way to get logs or do anything to help you resolve that issue, please let me know. Big fan of this app, and really sad to not be able to use it right now personally.

I have the same issue. It randomly starts disappearing and reappearing. I can't access the windows tool bar when it starts. The only way to stop the behaviour is to restart the pc as restarting the app results in the same behaviour.

Hi ArcadeRenegade, The App just crashed and I got this screenshot. I hope it helps. So this happened when I woke the system from sleep after it has been sleeping for at least 24hours. Chrome and Franz were running in the background. PS: I tried to send this on the 28th, 01 2021 but "mail delivery subsystem" said my mail was too large so I cropped the other monitor out.

Hello, in my side, explorer crash on every run of the sidebar with 3 monitors and not with 1.
