Upgrade to tinkerpop 4.0.0

Tinkerpop has started the release cycle of 4.0.0:

Once 4.0.0 is out, it is a good occasion to try to get SPARQL via Gremlin to work in ArcadeDB again.

The biggest change I see is the replacement of groovy engine with a java native one. This means we can get rid of a tons of groovy dependencies and connected security issues.

Bad news. The gremlin server still relies on groovy.
