Override the PopupPanel (Presenter/View)

I'd like to find a way to override the PopupPanel, that is I want to use a different widget as the popup panel. I think it would be handy to interface the needed methods and pipe in my own widget. Maybe this would allow for more flexibility in design and solve some of the other issues with Popup Presenter.

I like the idea. I'll keep it in mind and plan it when we get some loose in a future iteration.

I think the goal would be to allow any widget act as a popup panel.
