Atom feed has new entry for every edit to a post

I'm not sure if this is the intended behaviour or not, but I find it very odd and annoying. If I edit an old post (say, to clean up formatting after an import from another blog), any reader subscribed to the Atom feed will report a new unread entry. I don't know if this is an issue with Bloggart or with feed readers and feeds in general; if it's nothing to do with Bloggart please close this issue.

well its kind of both, i ran into this when my blog is syndicated on planet.ubuntu.com, the work arround is remove the "" line in the atom.xml file, while this is not ideal it will work

ugh, the tag got mugled in the comment, it should be the "updated" line

this bug is pretty bad. :/

we're using bloggart on http://updates.html5rocks.com/ and updates for the posts happen all the time.

I haven't had much time to work on Bloggart lately, but if you send me a Pull Request, I'll get to it pronto.
