Aqueduct branding and repo CI status in the docs and readme.md files

Aqueduct branding such as logo and style is not yet reflected on the documentation and readme file. Also, some important CI statuses such as tests and coverage should be added to the main readme file. This is also the case for PyAqueduct (https://github.com/AqueductHub/pyaqueduct/issues/21).
