IO_PAGE_FAULT with GRO and LRO switched off

Driver version is 2.3.4, kernel 5.3.0-26-generic (Ubuntu 18.0.4.3). Compile and installation no problem. Options are being switched off with: ethtool -K enp8s0 gro off and ethtool -K enp8s0 lro off.

However, following error messages are being logged as well as machine stops suddenly: Jan 28 00:06:01 ds9 kernel: [ 1022.662280] atlantic 0000:08:00.0: AMD-Vi: Event logged [IO_PAGE_FAULT domain=0x0000 address=0xfefff000 flags=0x0070]
