[Question] polardb_build.sh 软件编译安装优化

Describe the problem

目前安装完会自动创建单机集群. 如果用户只需要安装软件, 则每次都需要stop单机集群, 删除对应data.

需求: 新增纯软编译安装功能和文档, 并更新对应文档.
