Functional conflict to Map Filter Ext mod

I enabled both mods and set some curves in MFE. Then I found the Curves Fill didn't work.

As the developer of MFE, I know curve fill function is based on drawBlocks of vanilla map editor. But not yet read code of mapping utilities and not know how it changes editor.
