Enable PostBlock in tumblr radar

Description

We shouldn't straight-up hide the radar post, as it would look odd, but we could replace it with a placeholder.

Would be kind of a pain to thread radar support through stuff like the meatballs util, probably, but it should be doable?

Eh, the Tumblr Radar is supposed to be inoffensive. There's already the option to hide it entirely with No Recommended.

Certainly true, yeah... I would say that https://www.tumblr.com/alcrego/801794249907716096 isn't an entirely successful application of that rule of thumb...
