ROS2 wrapper for apriltag continuous detection

Although a few ROS2 wrappers exist on git, no ROS2 wrapper exists for the continuous detection method related to this repo. Would anyone help with converting this to ROS 2 Humble? Using a Realsense2_camera is preferred. Thanks a lot.
