[Feature]: Include Shiny errors

Description

Is there any way to add errors to the log? I have looked for a smart way to do it, but can only find shinylogs that has that feature (https://github.com/dreamRs/shinylogs/blob/master/R/tracking.R)?

Problem

In loging Shiny apps, haveing error logs in the same format as actions logs, would be handy

Hello @emillykkejensen and thanks for the idea! Automatic logging of errors in R/Shiny was indeed one of the features we considered when defining the project scope; it just didn't fit in our time frame. It is definitely something we'll consider for the next iteration :slightly_smiling_face:
