alsdev: Prolog projects & paths

1. After Prolog > New, and filling in some slots, click Save. The project is immediately saved in the current directory. The user should be given the opportunity to select the directory where the project is to be saved.
2. The path where the project lives should be displayed on the project panel, say just below Project File Name.
