AE2 Spatial Storage bypass ftbchunks

Describe the bug

Creating spatial storage around a players base claimed using the ftbchunks mod bypasses ftbchunks and will wipe the entire base. (grief)

How to reproduce the bug

Claim an area with ftbchunks Surround with spatial pylons Do the thing and the base is gone

Expected behavior

Should do nothing and ignore the claimed chunks
