Not really, but some people like the sorting order.

This made sense pre-flattening. But these days? It is questionable. Few would even know the ids (I just know that 1 is stone and that is it) for it to make sense.

I also woud like to see it in AE2, always did that in RS, very convenient to search items.

I would also HIGHLY appreciate this being added. I always sort by ID in RS and its so much better then anything AE has, in my opinion.

+1. The reason this order is preferable is that it's similar to the 'Creative Menu' order, so it makes similar items adjacent and tiered items from many mods to respect the tier order most of the time. It's much easier to implement than the Creative Menu order, so why not?

After the Creative Changes in Vanilla 1.20.x, it is unlikely to be even remotely similar to Creative Order ;-)
