WTHIT/Jade indication of annihilation plane enchantments does not persist through world reloads

Describe the bug

When you first place down an annihilation plane WTHIT/Jade shows what enchantments are applied to it, but if you exit to menu and open the world again, WTHIT/Jade does not display what the annihilation plane is enchanted with

How to reproduce the bug

start a new world (or existing world) with AE2 and WTHIT or Jade place down an annihilation plane enchanted with something observe WTHIT/Jade shows what it's enchanted with exit to main menu open the world again observe WTHIT/Jade displays the annihilation plane as unenchanted (however it is still enchanted)
