Remove Cable Anchor Model from Transparant Facades

Describe the feature

In transparent cable facades (or all facades, since I don't believe there is currently any different b/w the two) could have their cable anchor model removed.

Reasons why it should be considered

For most blocks, it makes little difference. However, I wanted to run cabling on my floor, but have a glass facade on it. That way it would look cool and similar to the way my company's server room is cabled. However, the cable anchor really detriments the look of it. I think it would look better if the cable anchor model was not shown on cable facades.

how about a compromise, add a version of the facade that has no anchor stem instead, because i like the stem especially when the cable is not embedded in a wall

My current plan:

• Keep existing facades with anchor as-is.
• Add facades without anchor, obtained as described below.
• Add a shapeless recipe to turn any facade with anchor into a facade without anchor, or any facade without anchor into a facade with anchor. (Crafting recipe so that it can easily be automated with a molecular assembler)
