baltop issue, pay offline player

  1. Baltop show: [01] - random amount from player.
  2. Baltop error after use /baltop [character other than the number]
  3. When i send pay to offline player, it will not canceled.

What do you mean by the 3rd issue? Paying offline players is supposed to work.

Will fix the other 2 soon.

Maybe add to config.yml boolean "pay-offline-player"? For me offline pay is ok, but for player without message "You pay to offline player" or "That player is not online." can be a problem.

Added an option for the 3rd problem - will be in the next release. Working on problem 1 today.
