Still getting

WARNING: Icon is not in PNG format. It should be so that it can be used as a thumbnail

and

/tmp/.mount_runtimJcdKpb/app.gnotepad.GnotePad.desktop: error: value "1.5" for key "Version" in group "Desktop Entry" is not a known version

Was it really fixed in the desktop file?

Well, I thought it was. Sorry about that, this AppImage/Linux stuff is new to me. I created and published a new AppImage on my repo AFTER verifying the fixes.
