Update NEST Desktop v4.0

I fixed category for testing but it still failed because it did not take the latest update (cached /tmp files?).

Looks like there are still some other issues with the desktop file in the AppImage? Please only put the file data/NEST_Desktop into the pull request, nothing else. All other files will be generated automatically from your AppImage. Thanks!

I reverted changes and made updates only in data folder.

I would like to update logo and screenshot. How can I do these?
