Update UniShellect

Getting:

]0;UniShellectNo such file or directory:
["/home/runner/.config/UniShellect/unishellect.json"]

and no window appears on the screen.

In case this is a non-GUI command line tool, it needs Terminal=true to be set in the desktop file.

This was not an update to the old project as stated in the pr and should not be changed to updated. It is a whole completely different project and the original is abandoned. Yes, this is a cli tool. The message you received is what you should get as the user should create their own config file. Terminal is set to true in the desktop file now and has been recompiled. All should be good, not sure why either of these prs have been closed.
