[Bug] Cursor should be grab when we hover on Choose an image in Image Upload

Bug Description

grab cursor will indicate what is clickable, improves UX

How to Reproduce

1. Open Editor
2. Type / to trigger the selection menu
3. Click Image to insert Image Node
4. A dialog box appears, you can see "Click to Upload"

Expected Behavior

While hovering over 'Click to Upload' container, a cursor of type grab should be shown, since the container is clickable
