[Bug] Text cursor stuck after making toggle

Bug Description

After adding a toggle heading the text cursor gets stuck on the line above it. This is usually when there's a lot of text on one page. It does also lag in general with more text, with jumpy scrolling (which is hard because the scrollbar is small/there's no easy way to jump down a doc)

How to Reproduce

It's not consistent, but I don't think it happens on clean docs so try putting a bunch of text/images etc

Expected Behavior

The text cursor shouldn't get stuck at all
