Are you on selfhosted environment ?

If yes, can you also open a ticket in appflowy-cloud project ?

In this case, the workspace has failed to be initialized properly when it is first created. For now we will need to delete this workspace, then create a new one.

If you are using the managed service, could you send us your email/username via the official support email, so that we can debug this more?
