[Bug] [Mobile] The order of my Kanban groups on mobile is not synced with the order on desktop

Bug Description

On my desktop, my Kanban order: Not started - misc, Not started, In progress, Done Hidden groups: No Status, Hold, Waiting

On my mobile, my Kanban order: Hold, Not started, Waiting, Done, In progress, Not started

Expected Behavior

The mobile should sync to the latest data

My Android phone and Apple computer can't sync data. by the way ,I am in China, and data sync only works when I turn on the network proxy.

I have a possible reproduction step:

1. Open App on MacOs, create a kanban board and insert some tiles
2. Open App on smartphone, open the board
3. Add something to the board
4. MacOs App does not get synched
