[Bug] Kanban Board Tasks Are Empty Without Internet

Bug Description

When using AppFlowy on a Linux Mint desktop without an active internet connection, any tasks pre-created within the Kanban Board appear empty. This issue disrupts offline work.

How to Reproduce

• Disconnect the Linux Mint desktop from the internet.
• Close and Re-Open the AppFlowy app (if already opened).
• Check the existing task created previously before the app was closed.

Expected Behavior

• Tasks previously created in the Kanban Board should be cached locally.
• Users should be able to view the existing task after opening the application.
