Description

when we teach our student and make a out line doc in appflowy then we need to share the workspace or document to our student.

Now the problem is-

• they can change our original document which affect the other.
• If we share the link the webpage not work perfectly. for example:

1. toggle list not working.
2. We need to unpublished then republish when we change our document.

Which Future we need:

1. When we share a doc to a person then the person see all share space or folder in appflowy application. They don't need to open link in browser but if they want they can. Which person don't use appflowy soft he can read the doc in browser. Here we should assure that everything works properly. suppose toggle list.
2. when we publish a doc to web then it should automatically update the original content without republishing.
3. we need a option share a document to specific member of the workspace.
4. we need set our decision that is other can edit a specific doc or can only view. an example screenshot for 4 is Here not only member we may need this feature for anyone as viewer or edit with the link like google drive sharing system.

extra feature:

1. when we share a doc with someone then all children doc also shared with same rules automatically, owner may get a popup share this only or this and following document also.
2. we need a option in menu (when we type / ) "Add new Page" It automatic create a new page under the document and open this like notion. if the parent page already shared then a popup wants to know that is he also share the new document with same people as parent doc.

Impact

All kind of user can get a great user experience for these features.
