[Bug] If link preview generation fails, the link doesn't work at all

Bug Description

If the link preview can't be generated (failed to fetch it, most likely) the link simply doesn't work. Instead the preview box only says "No preview available", with no indication of the URL and no ability to open the link. This can happen whether it's a new link or an existing one that was refreshed.

How to Reproduce

Make the preview generation fail somehow.

Expected Behavior

Always show the URL and always allow opening the link. Perhaps also add option to refresh the preview.
