[Bug] Cloud auto sync
Bug Description
I'm new to the app and I'm not sure if the option was available before, but if it's not a bug I guess it's more like a feature request.
When I add, change, delete something on one device, the other will not get synced automatically until I click the restart button in the cloud settings page. When I click that button on my pc, the app just getting frozen and I need to manually close it.
How to Reproduce
Make a change in one device and open the app in the other.
Expected Behavior
Auto sync the changes.

@VVVAD could you please try the latest version?
When I click that button on my pc, the app just getting frozen and I need to manually close it.
On Windows, when you close the application, it may continue running in the background. Please note that AppFlowy does not support running multiple instances simultaneously.
