[Bug] The database won't extend to the full height

Bug Description

Not so sure if that's a bug or a feature but feels quite annoying :)

How to Reproduce

Create a database with lots of items

Expected Behavior

The box which displays the database will extend down indefinitely or be capped at a much larger height.

Operating System

Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

AppFlowy Version(s)

Latest (Flatpak)

Additional Context

I use 200% system UI scaling if it matters

It would also be useful for me if I were able to increase the height of the database or ideally extend it to the full height.
