[FR] Show the file popover automatically after users click "Add File"

Description

As the title suggests, it would be beneficial for the file popover to automatically appear without requiring users to click the upload area in the editor. Currently, users need to click the area to open the popover after click "Add File".

Impact

Better Usability: Reduces the number of clicks required and aligns the behavior with the existing "Upload Image" functionality.
