[Bug] ISO-8601 format should have leading zeros

Bug Description

ISO-8601 format should have leading zeros but currently doesn't.

How to Reproduce

Open settings, go to workspace tab and find "Date format" section. Choose ISO and observe how single-digit dates (months, at the very least) are not padded with zeros. For example, 2024-8-25 instead of 2024-08-25.

Expected Behavior

If day or month is single-digit, add a leading zero
