[Bug] User initials icon in the top right of the screen not updated change change account name
Bug Description
Hello,
After changing my name here:
To this:
the header is not reloaded
and when I go back to settings, my previous name is unchanged.
I need to completely restart the app to see the change.
How to Reproduce
- Change your name
- That's all.
Expected Behavior
All should be updated.

Same thing on Linux.
All I had to do was reopen the page to have it updated on the page but when I reopened the settings it still had the old username. I had to reopen the app.
This is part of the new collaboration feature set. Most likely we're missing some indicator of update, I'll take a look.

The issue with settings having the wrong name on open, was also an issue caused by some changes due to the workspace feature implementation, I have resolved this in the next release.
Unable to persist the updated account name. After saving a new name, it will get reverted back in seconds
