It's very surpising that you can login to the Cloud using your password, but have to use magic links or OAuth2 to login into the app itself. The documentation doesn't mention that having either an SMTP or OAuth2 is mandatory to use AppFlowy.

For the user it's between compromising privacy (OAuth2 using mainstream providers) or having to setup an email server for your domain. Simply because... Someone really likes their magic links?

@ArakiSatoshi Actually, SMTP is not mandatory to use AppFlowy. I have updated the FAQ: https://github.com/AppFlowy-IO/AppFlowy-Cloud/blob/main/doc/DEPLOYMENT.md#can-i-sign-in-using-only-using-email-and-password

Although it is indeed true, that login using the admin frontend portal isn't the most convenient way to login.
