Description

This is a Master issue for Notification Improvements.

This is related to #3596 but this issue focuses only on Notification behavior.

This includes:

• [ ] Replacing Deletion behavior with Archiving
• [ ] Adding Archived tab to Notifications hub
• [x] Allow NotificationActions to include jump to block-behavior
• [x] Show partial block in Notification Item

Impact

• More organized notification hub
• Align behavior of archiving notifications with similar applications and use cases
• Provide a visual hint as to what a notification/update/reminder is about (partial block)
