[Bug] Duplication of accent character in the Spanish keyboard layout.

Bug Description

When we write a vowel with a special accent character with the Spanish keyboard layout (á, à, â, ä, é, è, ê, ë, etc...) it duplicates the special character. e.g: If we want to write : " á " the display shows: " ´á "

How to Reproduce

first type: [Shift + accentuation] or/and [Shift + Ctrl + accentuation] (in red in the screenshot) then type the vowel: (in orange in the screenshot)

Expected Behavior

Unduplicated accent character in the Spanish keyboard layout.

I have the same problem with layout "English (US, International with dead keys)" for typing in french.
