[FR] Print a document, page or a fragment
Description
It would be useful to have a possibility to print a page directly from AppFlowy, without the need to copy the content to another application with a chance to break the layout. Additionally, allow the user to choose the fragments (text fragments or several cards on kanban) and print only those, using the menu from right button mouse click (menu suggestion is here).
Preview would be nice to have before printing.
Impact
Useful for all the user, who require whole or part printing. Send to printer or PDF.

Hi @Miradin , thanks for requesting this feature. I'd like to better understand your need. What makes you want to print a page or a part of it? Do you want to make a poster or handout?
Hello, Annie, I'm trying to use Flowy for different type of notes and sometimes I do need to share my note with others. Printing (or exporting to PDF) is one of the widely compatible options.
I would also really appreciate this feature. Makes it way easier to share documents with other persons. Thank you for your great work so far.
This would be a great feature to have. This will make switching from Notion sooo easy
Thanks for everyone's input on this thread. Because of your input, we'll include it on our roadmap.
the pdf feature not done yet?
Hi All
Is there a way to print the boards (Kanban)? I would like to email a PDF of my projects progress as I release updates to my co-workers so they know what changes have been made from release to release.

In documents there is support for Markdown & HTML export. So one could create a export to PDF option by leveraging a HTML -> PDF convertor or anything similar with markdown.
There was a PR that was merged into appflowy-editor. Since its not displayed in AppFlowy could be a WIP or something needs to be finalized before adding it in.
For grids and kanbans there hasn't been any word on enabling PDF support currently you can export them to CSV format. However another option is to publish to the web and share the link with the other person. Of course that's if both people are comfortable with that and its not sensitive information. For privacy reasons it would not be best to publicly share sensitive information.
As of 0.8.1 there is a web app so that can be an option to invite other users and collaborate with them on the space.
