[Bug] Grid/Kanban error message when changing number/date/time format

Describe the bug Error message saying SingleSelectTypeOptionPB convert from any data failed, Error(\"missing field \options\" appears in the terminal when changing number format or time/date format in a grid's header menu.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Choose a date/time or number column in a grid
2. Click on the header, then edit property
3. Click number format, or date/time format
4. Change options
5. Observe terminal

Expected behavior no error message in the terminal
