Make UI usable on lower-resolution monitors

A good target is 1366x768, for which the current UI looks like:

Some ideas for handling this are:

  • Add a tabular view
  • Add an option to scale the UI size (i.e. rebuild the UI with all fonts smaller and all sizes reduced)
