Read from `Client.txt` to determine current AreaLevel

This allows AreaLevel rules to matched correctly with "Find Rule Matching Item".

Example Client.txt lines:

"Generating level 68 area "MapWorldsSpiderForest" with seed 2096667069"
"You have entered Spider Forest."
