Add 8+ and 10+ currency stack size options for every tier

This should be done by copying the FilterBlade rule of the highest stack size for the corresponding tier, and adjusting the StackSize criteria.

For some items such as splinters/shards, it's useful to have a distinction between 6/8/10.
