10.0.1 large data loss across machines

I'm using version 10.0.1, and when transferring large data (such as images) across machines, the frame drop is very severe. It drops from 10 frames to 5 or 2, and then stops receiving data completely. This data volume doesn't even saturate the bandwidth. Moreover, without any processing, the frame rate drops to 0 in cyber_monitor. When I use FastDDS (version 2.14.3) directly to send the same data, the transmission and reception work normally.
