What is the problem in my local map which is needed to use msf localization?

As I read the next guide, I tried to create a local map for MSF (Multi-Session Functions) using the script msf_local_map_creator.sh.

The command I used is bash scripts/msf_local_map_creator.sh modules/localization/msf/local_map/pcd1/ modules/localization/msf/local_map/pcd1/pose.txt 52 modules/localization/msf/local_map/pcd1

With my pcd files and pose.txt file, I made a local map like the picture below.

My pcd files have no problem. I checked them by visualizing like below.

I didn't know what is the problem.

My pose.txt file is like below. File sequence timestemp extrinsic between lidar and center of car(x, y, z, qx, qy, qw, qz) in order.

Please let me know to solve this problem or any other method to make a local map to execute msf localization.
