Vehicle_factory.cc file is missing

Hello! I'm trying to add a new vehicle by following the guide: "How to Add a New Vehicle to Apollo". I can not complete the item: "Register the New Vehicle", because the file "modules/canbus/vehicle/vehicle_factory.cc" is missing. Has anyone encountered this? How to solve this problem?
