msf_localization: Reflectance map folder is invalid!

msf_localization component failed to launch because of: Reflectance map folder is invalid! I am wondering:

  1. Is this conf necessary for msf to run? If not, can I somehow disable this check?
  2. What is the format of this file? Can I use some example files to avoid launch fail, since I dont care the localization result I just wanna get it run.
